These policies are in place to assure quality service for all of my clients. It is important that communication has an integral role between myself and every client. If any issues and/or conflicts may arise in the future, I will refer to the policies below.
- If you wish to Cancel and/or Reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, or a late Cancellation fee may be applied.
- If you are sick or are unable to make your scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as you are able.
- If you are visibly sick, please do not come to your appointment. Contact me as soon as you are able, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you at another date/time.
- If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, and fail to contact me, you will be charged with a No-Show fee.
- If you are a No-Show more than once, you will be removed from my client list indefinitely.
- If you are running late, please contact me. Accommodations can usually be made if I am given a heads up, thanks to having flexible clients. However, that is not always a guarantee, and in the case it is not, I will have to reschedule the appointment.
- Arriving 15+ minutes late to an appointment, without contacting me, will be rescheduled.
- Please do not ask me to “squeeze you in”, or to do an “after hours” haircut. I do my best each and every day to accommodate all of my clients. I have a Cancellation list on hand, that I’ll be happy to add your name to, and notify you if a spot becomes available.
